Trustee Tinder is a fun, fast-paced networking event designed to help community organisations meet people interested in becoming Governance/Board members. Think of it as “speed dating” for governance – short, purposeful conversations that spark long-term relationships.
This event is co-hosted by Community Waikato, Volunteering Waikato and Cambridge Chamber of Commerce, with the support of Craigs Investment Partners and Harkness Henry, bringing together groups in the Cambridge area seeking governance talent and people looking to give back through board service.
With Trustee Tinder the idea is that community organisations have a space to promote their organisation and speak to potential trustees letting them know who they are, what the organisations does and what it is looking for in terms of new trustees.
Community groups will have a space to set up where they can display information about themselves and meet potential trustees as they go around the room
