Attention Incorporated Societies in Taumarunui: With the new 2022 Act, existing societies have three options:

These include

A: re-register under the new Act;
B: wind up and distribute their assets, in accordance with existing rules, on or before 5 April 2026; or  C: to form a Charitable Trust, transfer assets and then wind up the Incorporated Society entity.

To do nothing is not an option!
